Template notice. This document is a US-oriented privacy-policy template that reflects common practice under the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act and comparable state laws. It is not legal advice. Please have qualified US counsel adapt it for live commercial use.
This Privacy Policy describes how Aiyova LLC ("Aiyova", "we") collects, uses, and shares information about visitors to aiyova.com (the "Site") and prospective customers. Aiyova is the controller responsible for this Site under the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act.
We collect the following categories of personal data as defined under the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act:
We do not knowingly collect "sensitive data" as defined under the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act (such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, mental or physical health condition or diagnosis, sex life or sexual orientation, citizenship or immigration status, genetic or biometric data used for unique identification, or personal data from a known child) through this Site.
We collect information (a) directly from you when you submit a form or contact us, (b) automatically through your device and browser when you visit the Site, and (c) from analytics or advertising service providers if enabled (see §13 Cookies).
We use personal data for the following business purposes:
We do not use your personal data for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
Where required by law, we rely on the following legal bases: (a) your consent (e.g., when you submit a lead form), (b) our legitimate business interests (e.g., securing the Site), and (c) compliance with legal obligations.
We may share personal data with the following categories of recipients:
We do not sell your personal data for money. We do not knowingly process your personal data for "targeted advertising" or "profiling" as those terms are defined under the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act. If this ever changes, we will update this Policy and provide a clear opt-out mechanism.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Inquiry-form submissions are retained no longer than 24 months unless we have an ongoing business relationship with you.
We use commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect personal data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Under the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act, Wyoming residents have the following rights with respect to their personal data:
To exercise a right, please contact service@aiyova.com. We will verify your request in a manner consistent with Wyoming law before we act on it. You may also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf. We will respond within forty-five (45) days, with a possible extension of an additional forty-five (45) days when reasonably necessary.
If we decline to take action on your request, our response will inform you of that decision and provide instructions on how to appeal. You may also contact the Wyoming Attorney General if you have concerns about the result of an appeal.
Although we do not currently sell personal data or process it for targeted advertising, we honor Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms — including the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — recognized under the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act. To opt out manually, use the opt-out link in the Site footer or email service@aiyova.com.
The Site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it.
