AI Content Disclosure.

1. Purpose

Aiyova provides AI-assisted video production. This Disclosure explains what our audience — visitors, prospective customers, and end viewers of our production work — can expect when it comes to knowing whether content is AI-generated.

2. Definitions

• AI-Generated Content means audio, visual, or audiovisual content substantially generated or altered by a machine-learning model, such that a reasonable person may perceive it as a real recording of real events when it is not.
• Synthetic Voice means a voice recording produced or modified by a machine-learning voice model, including cloned voices.
• Digital Likeness means an audiovisual depiction of a person's face, body, or identifiable characteristics produced or modified by a machine-learning model.

3. Content on this site

aiyova.com is a marketing website only — it does not host client work or playable demo reels. Any client-facing case descriptions, statistics, or testimonials are illustrative unless a specific case explicitly names a real client with their written permission.

Client logos on the "Trusted By" wall are labeled illustrative unless the client has authorized use of their real mark.

4. Content in deliverables

Every Deliverable produced under a Aiyova Order ships with:

• A written AI Content Disclosure statement describing which portions of the Deliverable were generated or substantially modified by AI systems and which are human-captured;
• Where applicable, an on-screen disclosure card in the end credits (for narrative and long-form work);
• For talking-head / avatar work, a written disclosure that the presenter is a digital likeness with the consent of the individual depicted (if a real individual is depicted).

You agree not to remove, obscure, or misrepresent this disclosure when publishing or advertising the Deliverable, consistent with our Terms of Service §10.

5. Likeness & voice consent

Aiyova does not create a Digital Likeness or Synthetic Voice of a real identifiable individual without a signed, written release from that individual (or, where applicable, their estate or authorized representative). Custom-avatar and voice-clone programs require a documented release retained on file. Non-consensual likeness generation is grounds for immediate termination of any Order.

6. Truthful advertising

Aiyova's producers are instructed to refuse briefs that ask us to:

• Generate features, dimensions, materials, or performance characteristics that a real product does not have;
• Depict an endorsement by a real individual who has not actually endorsed the product;
• Suggest an affiliation with a business, government, or celebrity that does not exist;
• Simulate a "user-generated" testimonial without a real underlying user;
• Otherwise create content that would be deceptive under Section 5 of the FTC Act or comparable state law.

7. FTC alignment

Our disclosure practice is designed to be consistent with US Federal Trade Commission guidance on endorsements, testimonials, and the use of AI in advertising, including the FTC's 2024 guidance on "AI, Deception, and Consumer Trust." Where FTC guidance evolves, this Disclosure will be updated accordingly.

8. Provenance signals

Where technically supported by the delivery format, we embed provenance markers (such as C2PA metadata) in Deliverables to help downstream verification of AI-generated content. Provenance markers may not survive some social-platform re-encodings; the written disclosure statement remains the authoritative record.

9. Report a concern

If you believe Aiyova-produced content misrepresents a real person, product, or endorsement, please contact us at service@aiyova.com. Include a URL or file reference, a description of the concern, and (if applicable) proof of your identity or authority to act on behalf of a rights holder. We investigate every complete report.
